1. प्रत्येक ग्रामपंचायत समितीकरिता विशिष्ट क्रमांक दिलेला आहे.
2. निधीवाटप कामे, खर्चाविषयीच्या, (अकुशल व साहित्य, सामग्री (कुशल)), सामाजिक अंकेषण, मजूर उपस्थिती इ. ची सर्वतोपरी माहिती ऑनलाईन संकेतस्थळावरील विहित विवरण पत्रात भरावी लागते.
3. विशिष्ट संकेतांक पुढील बाबींकरिता दिेलेले आहेत: जॉब कार्ड धारकांना 16 अंकी क्रमांक
4. MGNREGA अंतर्गत घेतल्या जाणा-या कामांना क्रमांक
5. हजेरीपटांना क्रमांक
6. प्रत्येक कामाला विशिष्ट क्रमांक
7. ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने माहितीचे संकलन केले जाते.
8. कोणत्याही प्रकारची माहिती भरताना चूक झाल्यास अशा प्रकारची माहिती सॉफटवेअरकडून आपसूकपणे नाकारली जाते.
9. केंद्रशासनाकडून वितरित होणारा निधी अशा प्रकारे भरल्या जाणा-या माहितीवर व त्या अधारे तयार होणा-या रिपोर्टवर अवलंबून आहे
10. अलर्ट संकेतस्थळावर दाखविले जातात. देशभरातील सर्व ग्रामपंचायतीपर्यंतची कामे, मजुरांची नावे, उपस्थिती इत्यादी माहिती संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध आहे.

1. A specific number is given for each Gram Panchayat Samiti.
2. Fundraising, Expenditure, (Unskilled and Materials, Materials (Skilled)), Social Audit, Labor Attendance etc. The most important information of is to be filled in the prescribed statement form on the online website.
3. Specific codes are given for the following: 16 digit number to job card holders
4. Number of works to be undertaken under MGNREGA
5. Attendance numbers
6. Each job has a unique number
7. Information is collected online.
8. If you make a mistake in entering any information, such information is automatically denied by the software.
9. The funds disbursed by the Central Government depend on the information thus paid and the reports prepared on that basis.
10. Alerts are displayed on the website. Information on work up to all Gram Panchayats across the country, names of laborers, attendance etc. is available on the website.
