ग्रामीण भागातील वैद्यकीय सेवेची पायाभूत सुविधा मजबूत करण्यासाठी सरकारने आयुष्याम सहकार योजना (Ayushman Sahakar Yojana) सुरू केली आहे. आयुष्यम भारत योजनेच्या धर्तीवर याची सुरूवात करण्यात आली आहे. या योजनेचे लक्ष गावातील रूग्णालयांची स्थिती व व्यवस्थापन सुधारण्यावर असेल. गावक्यांना उपचाराच्या शहराकडे जाऊ नये या उद्देशाने खेड्यांमध्ये उत्तम रुग्णालये आणि वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालये सुरू करण्यावर भर दिला जाईल. यासाठी स्वस्त दरात कर्ज दिले जाईल. सध्या देशातील जवळपास 52 रुग्णालये सहकारी संस्था चालवित आहेत. यामध्ये बेडची संख्या 5 हजार आहे. 

एनसीडीसीचे व्यवस्थापकीय संपादकांच्या मते loans 9.6 टक्के व्याजदराने कर्ज दिले जाईल. या योजनेंतर्गत अ‍ॅलोपॅथी किंवा आयुष हॉस्पिटल (Ayush Hostpital), मेडिकल कॉलेज, लॅब, डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर, मेडिसिन सेंटर सुरू करण्यासाठी कर्ज दिले जाईल. एकूण दहा हजार कोटींचा निधी आता ठेवण्यात आला आहे. कर्ज घेण्यासाठी अर्जदाराला फॉर्म भरून अर्ज करावा लागेल. अर्ज मिळाल्यावर आणि ते योग्य असल्याचे आढळल्यास त्यांना कर्ज देण्याचे काम सुरू केले जाईल. 

आयुष्मान सहकार योजनेंतर्गत (Ayushman Yojana) ग्रामीण भागात रुग्णालयांची स्थापना, आधुनिकीकरण, विस्तार, दुरुस्ती, नूतनीकरण, आरोग्य सेवा आणि शैक्षणिक पायाभूत सुविधा असतील. याशिवाय वैद्यकीय आणि आयुष शिक्षण सुरू करण्यासाठी सहकारी रुग्णालयांना मदत केली जाणार आहे. ऑपरेशनल गरजा पूर्ण करण्यासाठी Ayushman Yojana कार्यशील भांडवल आणि मार्जिन मनी देखील प्रदान करेल. इतकेच नाही तर महिला संचालित सहकारी संस्थांना 1% व्याज सबवेशन उपलब्ध करुन दिले जाईल. 

एनसीडीसीचे एमडी संदीपकुमार नायक यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, देशातील सुमारे hospitals२ रुग्णालये सहकारी संस्थांकडून चालविली जातात जिथे बेडची संख्या 5,000 हून अधिक आहे. एनसीडीसी फंड सहकारी संस्थांकडून आरोग्य सेवांच्या तरतूदीला बळकटी देईल. 

एनसीडीसीने राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य धोरण २०१7 वर लक्ष केंद्रित करण्याची तसेच आरोग्य प्रणालीचे सर्व आयाम, आरोग्य सेवांचे संघटन, तंत्रज्ञानात प्रवेश, मानवी संसाधनांचा विकास, वैद्यकीय बहुलता प्रोत्साहित करण्याच्या उद्देशाने आरोग्य गुंतवणूकीची योजना आखली आहे. , शेतकर्‍यांना परवडणारी आरोग्य सेवा इ. आयुष सारख्या रूग्णालये, आरोग्यसेवा, वैद्यकीय शिक्षण, नर्सिंग शिक्षण, पॅरामेडिकल शिक्षण, आरोग्य विमा आणि समग्र आरोग्य यंत्रणेसह त्याचे स्वरूप व्यापक आहे. 

पोट-कायद्यांमध्ये आरोग्य सेवेसंबंधित उपक्रम राबविण्यासाठी योग्य तरतूद असलेली कोणतीही सहकारी संस्था एनसीडीसी फंडातून निधी प्राप्त करण्यास सक्षम असेल. एनसीडीसी सहाय्य राज्य सरकार / केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांच्या प्रशासनातून किंवा थेट पात्र सहकारी संस्थांना पुरवले जाईल. इतर स्त्रोतांकडून अनुदान / अनुदान आयोजित केले जाऊ शकते.

Ayushman Sahakar Yojana: The central government has taken another big step to improve health services in villages. Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has launched Ayushman Sahakar Yojana. Under this, the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has prepared a blueprint for the construction of health facilities infrastructure in the country from top autonomous development finance institutions, cooperatives. Union Minister of State for Agriculture Parotam Rupala said the NCDC would provide loans up to Rs 10,000 crore in the next few years. With this financial help, co-operative societies will also be able to open medical colleges and hospitals. This scheme will be useful for strengthening the farmer welfare work undertaken by the Center. Ayushman Sahakar Yojana will revolutionize the way health services are provided in rural areas. 

The government has launched the Ayushman Sahakar Yojana to strengthen the infrastructure of medical services in rural areas. It has been started on the lines of Ayushyam Bharat Yojana. The scheme will focus on improving the condition and management of village hospitals. Emphasis will be placed on starting better hospitals and medical colleges in the villages so that the villagers do not have to go to the city for treatment. For this, loans will be given at cheaper rates. Currently, about 52 hospitals in the country are run by co-operative societies. The number of beds is 5 thousand. 

According to NCDC’s managing editor, the loans will be offered at an interest rate of 9.6 per cent. Under this scheme loan will be given for starting Allopathy or AYUSH Hostpital, Medical College, Lab, Diagnostic Center, Medicine Center. A total fund of Rs 10,000 crore has now been set aside. To get a loan, the applicant has to fill up an application form. Once the application is received and it is found to be correct, the work of giving them a loan will start. 

Under Ayushman Yojana, hospitals in rural areas will be established, modernized, expanded, repaired, renovated, health services and educational infrastructure. Apart from this, co-operative hospitals will be assisted to start medical and AYUSH education. Ayushman Yojana will also provide working capital and margin money to meet operational needs. Not only this, 1% interest subsidy will be made available to women run co-operative societies. 

According to NCDC MD Sandeep Kumar Nayak, about 2 hospitals in the country are run by co-operative societies with more than 5,000 beds. The NCDC Fund will strengthen the provision of health services by cooperatives. 

The NCDC plans to focus on the National Health Policy 2017 as well as health investment in all dimensions of the health system, organization of health services, access to technology, human resource development, and promoting medical diversity. , Affordable health care to farmers etc. It has a wide range of facilities including hospitals like AYUSH, healthcare, medical education, nursing education, paramedical education, health insurance and holistic health care system. 

Any co-operative society with appropriate provision for implementation of healthcare related activities in the by-laws will be able to receive funds from the NCDC fund. NCDC assistance will be provided by the State Government / UT Administration or directly to eligible co-operative societies. Grants / grants may be organized from other sources.
