शेतकऱ्याला सिंचन शक्य व्हावे व राज्य शासनाची पारंपावरक पद्धतीने कृषीपंप जोडणीसाठी लागणाऱ्या  खर्चाच्या बचतीचे उविष्ट्ट साध्य व्हावे याकरीता राज्यातील कृषी वापरासाठी MAHAVITARAN SAUR PUMP  हे  1 लाख शेतकऱ्यांना वाटप करण्यासाठी मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप योजना ही महाराष्ट्र शासनाने शेतकऱ्यांसाठी शेतामध्ये विज उपलब्ध व्हावी तसेच वारंवार विजेची भेडसावणारी समस्या, विजेचे अपघात होणारी विजचोरी व रात्रीची येणारी वीज यावर उपाय म्हणून मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप महा योजना सुरू केली.

मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप योजनेचा उद्देश – 

शेतकऱ्यांची वीज बील बचत व्हावी.

वर नमूद केलेल्या भरावयाच्या रक्कमेतून लाभार्थ्यानी महावितरणकडे या अगोदर नविन कृषीपंपासांठी (प्रलबिंत) वीज जोडणीसाठी भरलेली रक्कम समायोजित करुन उर्वरित शिल्लक रक्कमेचा भरणा करावयाचा आहे. याकरीता लाभार्थ्यानी समंती पत्र देणे आवश्यक असून ते महावितरण कंपनीच्या संबंधित उपविभागीय कार्यालयात सौर कृषीपंपाच्या मागणी अर्जासोबत सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे.

याबाबतची संपूर्ण माहिती महावितरण कंपनीच्या संकेत स्थळावर उपलब्ध आहे.वर दर्शविलेल्या रक्कमेचा भरणा यथाशिघ्र करुन संबंधित महावितरण कार्यालयास अवगत करणे आवश्यक आहे. जेणे करुन लाभार्थ्यांचे नाव सौर कृषीपंप योजनेमध्ये समाविष्ट करुन सौर कृषीपंपासाठी पात्र लाभार्थी म्हणून घोषित करण्यात येईल.

मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी पंप योजना अर्जाची प्रक्रिया –

पारेषण विरहीत सौर कृषीपंप नविन वीज जोडणी करिता अर्जाची प्रक्रिया.

महावितरणाच्या वेब पोर्टलवर (https://www.mahadiscom.in/solar) ऑनलाइन अर्ज करावा.

सध्याच्या कृषीपंपाकरिता नवीन वीज जोडणीसाठी पैशाचा भरणा करुन प्रलंबित असलेल्या अर्जदाराने फक्त काही अनिवार्य फील्ड, उदा. अर्ज क्रमांक, पैसे भरल्याची पावती क्रमांक, मंजुरी क्रमांक आणि क्षमतेची मागणी इ. तपशील देणे अनिवार्य आहे.

नवीन अर्जदार (परंपरागत कृषीपंप नवीन वीज जोडणीसाठी पैशाचा भरणा केलेला नाही) सर्व फील्ड अनिवार्य आहेत म्हणून तपशील भरणे आवश्यक आहे.

अर्जदाराने ए – 1 फॉर्मवर व घोषणापत्रावर सही करणे आवश्यक आहे.

ऑनलाइन ए – 1 फॉर्म प्राप्त झाल्यापासून 10 दिवसांच्या आत, सर्वेक्षण केल्यानंतर फील्ड ऑफिसमधून डिमांड नोट जारी केले जाईल. जर काही विसंगती आढळली तर त्यानुसार अर्जदाराला कळविण्यात येईल.

डिमांड नोट देय झाल्यानंतर लाभार्थी एजन्सीचे नाव सादर करेल / देईल (केवळ 25000 निविदासाठी लागू आहे).

प्रत्येक टप्प्यावर अर्जदारांना एसएमएसद्वारे कळविण्यात येईल.

SAUR KRUSHI PUMP YOJANA लाभार्थींसाठी मार्गदर्शक सुचना –

खालीलप्रमाणे नविन तसेच प्रलंबित अर्जदार हे SAUR KRUSHI PUMP YOJANA साठी पात्र राहतील.

पैसे भरुन प्रलंबित असलेले अर्जदार (मार्च 2018 पूर्वी ज्यांना एचव्हीडीएस योजनेमध्ये 2.5 लाखांहून अधिक रकमेच्या पायाभूत सुविधांची आवश्यकता आहे.)

31.03.2018 नंतर सर्व पैसे भरुन प्रलंबित असलेले अर्जदार.

01.01.2019 पासून कृषी पंपासाठी सर्व नवीन अर्जदार.

2.5 लाखापेक्षा कमी रकमेच्या पायाभूत सुविधा लागणाऱ्या एचव्हीडीएस मधील पैसे भरुन प्रलंबित असलेला व या योजनेमध्ये सहभाग घेण्यास इच्छुक असलेला अर्जदार.

SAUR KRUSHI PUMP YOJANA लाभार्थी निवडीसाठी आवश्यक कागदपत्रे –

ज्या शेतकऱ्याकडे शाश्वत जलस्त्रोत उपलब्ध आहे असे सर्व शेतकरी. मात्र अशा शेतकऱ्याकडे पारंपारिक पध्दतीने विद्युत जोडणी झालेली नसावी ते SAUR KRUSHI PUMP YOJANA चा लाभ घेवू शकतात.

5 एकरापर्यंत शेतजमीनधारक शेतकऱ्यास 3 अश्वशक्ती क्षमतेपर्यंत सौर कृषीपंप व 5 एकरापर्यंत जास्त शेतजमीन धारकास शेतकऱ्यास 5 अश्वशक्ती क्षमतेचा सौर कृषीपंप देय आहे.

राज्यातील पारंपारिक ऊर्जेद्वारे विद्युतीकरण न झालेले शेतकरी

विद्युतीकरणासाठी वन विभागाची ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र मिळत नसलेले शेतकरी महावितरण कंपनीकडे विद्युत जोडणीसाठी पैसै भरुन ही प्रलंबित असणाऱ्या ग्राहकांपैकी / शेतकऱ्यांपैकी ज्यांना नजीकच्या काळात विद्युत जोडणी मिळणे शक्य नाही असे शेतकरी.

अतिदुर्गम भागातील शेतकरी.

महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सिंचन योजनेअंतर्गत लाभ घेतलेले शेतकरी.

वैयक्तिक किंवा सामुदायिक शेततळे, नदी / विहिर / बोअरवेल यांचे शेजारील शेतजमीनधारक शेतकरी या योजनेत पात्र राहतील.

सदर योजनेअंतर्गत सौर कृषीपंपासाठी सर्वसाधारण गटाच्या लाभार्थ्यांकडून 10 टक्के व अनुसूचित जातीच्या / अनुसूचित जमातीच्या लाभार्थ्यांकरिता 5 टक्के लाभार्थी हिस्सा म्हणून लाभार्थ्यास भरणे आवश्यक आहे.

अटल सोलर योजनेमध्ये अर्जदाराने आधी लाभ घेतलेला नसावा.

Mukhyamantri Solar Krishi Pump Yojana

MAHAVITARAN SAUR PUMP for distribution of 1 lakh farmers for agricultural use in the state. The Chief Minister launched the Mukhyamantri Solar Krishi Pump Yojana as a solution to accidental power theft and night power.

Purpose of CM Solar Agriculture Pump Scheme –

Farmers’ electricity bills should be saved.

Electricity should be available to agriculture all day under Mukhyamantri saur krushi pump yojana.

Farmers started saur krushi pump yojana as they could not afford fuel like a diesel if they used farm generators or engines and the cost of this fuel in foreign currency was high.

Under  Saur Krushi pump scheme, if pumps are given to farmers, electricity will not be stolen.

Mukhyamantri started a saur pump scheme to prevent power outages.

Benefits of Mukhyamantri saur Krishi pump yojana 2021 –

If the Chief Minister supplies solar agricultural pumps to the farmers, electricity will be available to the agricultural pumps during the day.

MAHAVITARAN SAUR PUMP will provide an uninterrupted power supply during the day.

Having a solar-powered pump will save you from electricity bills.

Since SAUR KRISHI PUMP has zero circulation cost as compared to the diesel pump.

Solar pumps are environmentally friendly and will not cause any pollution.

Since Mukhyamantri saur Krishi pump 2021 is a pump under yojana, farmers will have to pay only a few rupees to buy it.

Highlights of CM Solar Agriculture Pump Scheme

Provision of 1 lakh non-transmission solar agricultural pumps in phases.

Two DCs with solar agricultural pumps. Includes LED bulb, mobile charging, and battery charging facility (battery beneficiaries should take)

To provide maximum electricity to the farmers.

To make electricity available to agriculture during the day.

Amount to be paid to the beneficiaries as per the eligibility terms and conditions in the Government Resolution and Order for participation in this scheme:

From the above-mentioned amount, the beneficiary has to pay the remaining amount to MSEDCL by adjusting the amount already paid for the new agricultural pump (Pralbint) for electricity connection. For this, the beneficiary is required to submit a letter of consent and submit it along with the demand form of solar agricultural pump to the concerned sub-divisional office of MSEDCL.

Complete information in this regard is available on the website of MSEDCL. So that the names of the beneficiaries will be included in the solar agricultural pump scheme and declared as eligible beneficiaries for solar agricultural pumps.

CM Solar Agriculture Pump Scheme Application Process –

Non-Transmission Solar Agricultural Pump Application Process for New Power Connection.

Apply online on the MSEDCL web portal (https://www.mahadiscom.in/solar).

The applicant, who is pending payment for a new electricity connection for the existing agricultural pump, has to fill only some mandatory fields, e.g. Application number, receipt number, sanction number, and capacity demand, etc. It is mandatory to provide details.

New applicant (traditional agricultural pump has not paid for new electricity connection) All fields are mandatory so details must be filled.

The applicant is required to sign the A-1 form and declaration.

Within 10 days of receiving the online A-1 form, a demand note will be issued from the field office after the survey. If any discrepancies are found, the applicant will be informed accordingly.

The beneficiary will submit/give the name of the agency after the demand note is paid (only 25000 is applicable for tender).

Applicants will be notified via SMS at each stage.

SAUR KRISHI PUMP YOJANA Beneficiaries Guide –

New, as well as pending applicants, will be eligible for SAUR KRISHI PUMP YOJANA as follows.

Applicants pending payment (before March 2018 who need more than Rs 2.5 lakh infrastructure in HVDS scheme.)

Applicants pending payment after 31.03.2018.

All new applicants for agricultural pumps from 01.01.2019.

Applicant pending payment of HVDS with infrastructure costing less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs and wishing to participate in the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for Beneficiary Selection – SAUR KRUSHI PUMP YOJANA

All farmers who have access to sustainable water resources. However, such farmers who do not have traditional electrical connections can avail SAUR KRUSHI PUMP YOJANA.

Solar agricultural pumps up to 3 hp capacity are payable to farmers holding agricultural land up to 5 acres and solar agricultural pumps up to 5-acre capacity are payable to farmers holding agricultural land up to 5 acres.

Farmers not electrified by conventional energy in the state

Farmers who have not received the No Objection Certificate from the Forest Department for electrification have paid for the electricity connection to MSEDCL.

Farmers in remote areas.

Farmers benefiting under Maharashtra Government’s Irrigation Scheme.

Farmers holding agricultural land adjacent to individual or community farms, river/well/borewell will be eligible under this scheme.

Under this scheme, for solar agricultural pumps, 10 percent from general group beneficiaries and 5 percent for SC / ST beneficiaries are required to be paid to the beneficiary.

In Atal Solar Scheme, the applicant should not have availed of the benefit earlier.
