राजीव गांधी विद्यार्थी अपघात सानुग्रह अनुदान योजना

महाराष्ट्र शासनाने समाजातील प्रत्येक घटकांचा विचार करून महायोजना सुरू केलेल्या आहेत. राजीव गांधी विद्यार्थी अपघात सानुग्रह अनुदान ही योजना शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी लागु असून शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्यांना अपघात विमा संरक्षण देण्यासाठी ही महायोजना महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सुरू केली आहे.

राजीव गांधी विद्यार्थी अपघात सानुग्रह अनुदान योजनेसाठी पात्रता :-

1.विद्यार्थी शिकत असलेली शाळा ही महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील असावी.

2.इयत्ता 1 ते 12 पर्यंत शिकणारा मुलगा/मुलगी या योजनेसाठी पात्र आहे.

राजीव गांधी विद्यार्थी अपघात सानुग्रह अनुदान योजनेचा लाभ :-

ही योजना शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी लागु असून या योजनेचा लाभ खालीलप्रमाणे पाहू या.

1.अपघातामुळे कायमचे अपंगत्व (१ अवयव किंवा १ डोळा कायम निकामी )झाल्यास रु. ५० हजार रूपयाचा लाभ दिला जातो.

2.अपघातामुळे कायमचे अपंगत्व (२ अवयव / २ डोळे किंवा 1 अवयव / १ डोळा निकामी )झाल्यास रु. ५० हजार रूपयाचा लाभ दिला जातो.

3.अपघाती मृत्यू झाल्यास रु. ७५ हजार रूपयाचा लाभ दिला जातो.

1.प्रथम खबरी अहवाल (FIR)

2.स्थळ पंचनामा

3.इंक्वेस्ट पंचनामा

4.सिव्हील सर्ज यांनी प्रती स्वाक्षरीत केलेले मयत विद्यार्थ्याच्या बाबतीत शवविच्छेदन अहवाल

5.मृत्यू दाखला (सिव्हील सर्जन यांनी प्रति स्वाक्षरीत केलेले)

(जर विद्यार्थ्यास कायमस्वरूपी अपंगत्व आल्यास)

1.अपंगत्वाच्या कारणाबाबतचे डॉक्टरांचे अंतिम प्रमाणपत्र सिव्हील सर्जन यांच्या प्रति स्वाक्षरीसह (कायम अपंगत्वाचे प्रमाणपत्र)

राजीव गांधी विद्यार्थी अपघात सानुग्रह अनुदान योजनेसाठी नियम :-

1.आत्महत्येचा प्रयत्न करणे

2.जाणीवपूर्वक स्वता:ला जखमी करून घेणे

3.अंमली पदार्थ किंवा नशील पदार्थाच्या सेवणामूळे झालेला अपघात

4.नैसर्गिक मृत्यू

5.मोटार सायकल शर्यतीतील अपघात

Rajiv Gandhi apghat vima yojana

The Maharashtra government has started planning for every component of the society. The Rajiv Gandhi apghat vima yojana is applicable for school students and the Maharashtra government has launched this scheme to provide accident insurance coverage to school students.

Eligibility for Rajiv Gandhi apghat vima yojana: –

1. The school which the student is studying in should be in the state of Maharashtra.

2. The child / girl studying in grades 1 through 12 is eligible for this scheme.

Benefits of Rajiv Gandhi apghat vima yojana: –

The scheme is applicable to school students and will see the benefits of this scheme as follows.

1. In the event of a permanent disability (2 limbs or two eyes permanently lost) due to an accident, Rs. 3 thousand rupees is given.

2. In case of permanent disability (1 limb / 1 eye or 1 limb / 1 eye failure) due to accident, Rs. 3 thousand rupees is given.

3. In case of accidental death, Rs. 3 thousand rupees is given.

Documents required for the Rajiv Gandhi apghat vima yojana: –

(If the student dies accidentally)

1. First News Report (FIR)

2. Location Panchanama

3. In the Inquest punch

4. An autopsy report on the case of a dead student signed by Civil Surge

5. Death Certificate (signed by Civil Surgeon)

(If the student has a permanent disability)

1. Doctors’ final certificate of disability reason, with the signature of a civil surgeon (certificate of permanent disability)

Rules for Rajiv Gandhi apghat vima yojana: –

1. Attempting suicide

2. Consciously self-injure

3. An accident caused by the consumption of acidic substances or intoxicants

4.Natural death

5. Motor bike race accidents
