सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन उपआयुक्त यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन उपआयुक कार्यालयाचे बळकटीकरण करणे अंतर्गत झेंरॉक्स, संगणक, संगणक स्टेशनरी, संगणक एक्सेसेरीज, फॅक्स, स्कॅनर, एसी. इ. साठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण व आदिवासी क्षेत्राबाहेरील व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.

सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. या योजने अंतर्गत पशुधनामधील वंध्यत्व निवारण शिबीरांचे आयोजन करणेसाठी तरतूद आहे. यामुळे पशु पालकांच्या आर्थिक उत्पन्ना मध्ये भर पडेल. ही योजना सर्व साधारण व आदिवासी क्षेत्राबाहेरील व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.

सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. लसींची शीत साखळी अखंडित राहण्यासाठी पशुवैद्यकिय संस्थांना शितपेटयांची खरेदी करण्याकरीता तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण योजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.
पशुवैद्यकिय सर्वचिकित्सालयाचे बळकटीकरण व आधुनिकीकरण करणे.-

पशुवैद्यकिय दवाखान्याची स्थापना करणे.-
सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. भारतीय पशुवैद्यकीय परिषदेने निश्चित केलेल्या मानकानुसार स्थापन झालेल्या पशुवैद्यकिय दवाखान्यावरील अधिकारी व कर्मचा-यांचे वेतन व भत्ते तसेच पायाभूत सुविधा निर्माण करणे यासाठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.

सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. भारतीय पशुवैद्यकीय परिषदेने निश्चित केलेल्या मानकानुसार पशुप्रथमोपचार केंद्राचा दर्जावाढ करणेत आलेल्या पशुवैद्यकिय दवाखान्यावरील अधिकारी व कर्मचा-यांचे वेतन व भत्ते तसेच पायाभूत सुविधा निर्माण करणे यासाठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.
लाळ खुरकुत रोगावर नियंत्रण ठेवणेसाठी अर्थसहाय्य –
सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. लाळ खुरकुत रोगापासून पशुधनाचे संरक्षण करणे व लाळ खुरकुत रोगावर नियंत्रण ठेवणेसाठी अर्थसहाय अंतर्गत लस खरेदी, लसीकरणासाठी आवश्यक साहित्य खरेदी व शितसाखळी आबाधीत राखण्यासाठी इ. अनुषंगीक बाबीवर खर्चासाठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण व आदिवासी क्षेत्राबाहेरील व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.

कृत्रिम रेतन सुविधांचे बळकटीकरण
सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन उपआयुक्त यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. कृत्रिम रेतन सुविधांचे बळकटीकरण योजने अंतर्गत द्रवनत्रपात्रे खरेदी व यंत्रसामग्री, साधनसामग्री खरेदी साठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.
सधन कुक्कुट विकास गटाची स्थापना व बळकटीकरण
सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. राज्यातील १६ सधन कुक्कुट विकास गटाची स्थापना व बळकटीकरण या योजने अंतर्गत यंत्रसामग्री, साधन सामग्री खरेदी व बांधकामावरील खर्चासाठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण योजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.
संकरीत कालवडी व सुधारीत म्हशींच्या पारडयांची जोपासना करण्यासाठी विशेष पशुधन उत्पादन कार्यक्रम.

सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. पशु पालकांच्या आर्थिक उत्पन्ना मध्ये भर पडणे यासाठी लाभधारकांना १०+१ तलंगाचा गट ५० टक्के अनुदानावर वाटप करणेसाठी सदर तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण, आदिवासी क्षेत्राबाहेरील व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.
पशुसंवर्धन व दुग्धव्यवसाय विषयक प्रशिक्षण
सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. पशु पालकां मध्ये पशुसंवर्धन व दुग्धव्यवसाय याबाबत जागरुकता निर्माण करण्यासाठी सर्वसाधारण पशुपालकांना तसेच अनुसूचित जाती/ नवबौध्द लाभधारकांना पशुसंवर्धन व दुग्धव्यवसाय विषयक प्रशिक्षण देणेसाठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना सर्व साधारण, विशेष घटक योजना, आदिवासी क्षेत्राबाहेरील व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.
अनुसूचित जाती/ जमातीच्या लाभधाकरांना शेळी गटाचा पुरवठा करणे.

दुभत्या जनावरांना खाद्य अनुदान देणे
सदर योजना जिल्हा पशुसंवर्धन अधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषद यांचे मार्फत राबविण्यात येते. दुधाळ जनावरे गट वाटप योजने अंतर्गत वाटप केलेल्या दुधाळ जनावरांना भाकड काळात तसेच प्रगत गर्भावस्थेच्या काळात १०० टक्के अनुदानावर खाद्य पुरवठा करणेसाठी तरतूद आहे. ही योजना विशेष घटक योजना, आदिवासी क्षेत्राबाहेरील व आदिवासी उपयोजनेंतर्गत राबविण्यात येते.

The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Under this scheme, provision is made for organizing infertility prevention camps in livestock. This will increase the financial income of the animal keepers. This scheme is implemented outside all general and tribal areas and under tribal sub-plans.
Supply of cold boxes to veterinary institutes under all general schemes –
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. There is provision for veterinary institutes to purchase cold packs to keep the cold chain of vaccines intact. This scheme is implemented under all general schemes.
Strengthening and modernization of veterinary clinics.-
The scheme is implemented through the District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry. There is provision for purchase of machinery, equipment and construction expenses for the Veterinary General Hospital. This scheme is implemented under all general schemes and tribal sub-schemes.
Establishment and modernization of small scale veterinary clinics at taluka level –
The scheme is implemented through the District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry. There is provision for purchase of machinery, equipment and construction expenses for the small scale veterinary clinic in the taluka. This scheme is implemented under all general and tribal applications.
Establishment of veterinary dispensary.-
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Provision has been made for setting up of salaries and allowances as well as infrastructure for the officers and staff of the veterinary dispensary established as per the standards fixed by the Veterinary Council of India. This scheme is implemented under all general and tribal applications.
Upgradation of Animal First Aid Center.-
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. According to the standards set by the Veterinary Council of India, there is a provision to increase the salaries and allowances of the officers and staff of the veterinary dispensary which has been upgraded as well as to provide basic facilities. This scheme is implemented under all general and tribal applications.
Funding for Saliva Scabies Control –
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Purchase of vaccines under financial assistance for protection of livestock from salivary scabies and control of salivary scabies, purchase of necessary materials for vaccination and maintenance of cold chain etc. There is provision for expenditure on ancillary matters. This scheme is implemented outside all general and tribal areas and under tribal sub-plans.
Construction of Veterinary Dispensaries / First Aid Centers –
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Provision is made for construction of veterinary dispensary / veterinary center. This scheme is implemented outside all general and tribal areas and under tribal sub-plans.
Supply of life saving drugs to veterinary institutes –
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. There is provision for supply of life-saving drugs to veterinary institutes. This scheme is implemented outside all general and tribal areas and under tribal sub-plans.
Conservation and Conservation of Indigenous Cattle (Devani)
The scheme is implemented through District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry, Latur. Provision is made to provide food subsidy to Devani breed calves in Latur district under the care and conservation of native cattle. This scheme is implemented under all general schemes.
Preservation and rearing of native cattle (Lal Kandhari)
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded. There is provision for construction of Gaul Hospital in Nanded district. This scheme is implemented under all general schemes.
Strengthening of artificial insemination facilities
The scheme is implemented through the District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry. Under the Strengthening Artificial Insemination Scheme, provision has been made for purchase of liquid containers and procurement of machinery and equipment. This scheme is implemented under all general and tribal applications.
Establishment and strengthening of Intensive Poultry Development Group
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Under the scheme of establishment and strengthening of 16 intensive poultry development groups in the state, provision has been made for procurement of machinery, equipment and expenditure on construction. This scheme is implemented under all general schemes.
Special livestock production program for conservation of crossbred calves and improved buffalo herds.
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Provision has been made to provide food subsidy to hybrid calves and improved buffaloes at 50 per cent subsidy under the Special Livestock Production Program for Animal Health and Hygiene. This scheme is implemented under all general, special component schemes, outside tribal areas and under tribal sub-plans.
Talanga group allocation
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. This provision is to distribute 10 + 1 talanga group on 50 per cent subsidy to the beneficiaries to increase the financial income of the animal keepers. This scheme is implemented under general, tribal area and tribal sub-plan.
Training in Animal Husbandry and Dairying
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. In order to create awareness among the cattle breeders about animal husbandry and dairy farming, provision has been made to impart training on animal husbandry and dairy farming to the general cattle breeders as well as to the Scheduled Caste / Neo-Buddhist beneficiaries. This scheme is implemented under all general, special component schemes, outside tribal areas and under tribal sub-plans.

Providing food subsidy to dairy animals
The scheme is implemented through District Animal Husbandry Officer, Zilla Parishad. Under the milch group allocation scheme, provision is made to provide food to the milch animals allotted during the dry season as well as during advanced pregnancy on 100 per cent subsidy. This scheme is implemented under Special Component Scheme, Out of Tribal Area and Tribal Sub Plan.
To supply dairy cattle to the beneficiaries of Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes.

In order to increase the financial income of the cattle breeders, provision has been made to supply a group of milch cattle on 50 per cent subsidy to the beneficiaries of Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes. Strengthening and expansion of Divisional Artificial Insemination Centers as well as Basic Village Centers
The scheme is implemented through the District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry. Construction and expansion of State Level Veterinary Institutions is carried out under the strengthening and expansion of Divisional Artificial Insemination Centers as well as Basic Village Centers. This scheme is implemented under general, tribal area and tribal sub-plan.
