दलित वस्तीस ग्रंथालय कपाट, टेबल इ.पुरविणे  ही शासनाची महायोजना असून या बद्दलची माहिती पुढील प्रमाणे पाहू या

दलित वस्तीस ग्रंथालय कपाट, टेबल इ.पुरविणे | To provide library cupboards, tables etc. to the Dalit community दलित वस्तीस ग्रंथालय कपाट, टेबल इ.पुरविणे योजनेसाठी पात्रतेबाबतचे निकष –

१)  योजनेची प्रसिध्दी पंचायत समित्यांनी ग्रामस्तरावर सर्वदुर करावी. 

२) योजनेचा लाभ यापूर्वी एकादाही मिळालेला नाही अशा मागासवर्गीय वस्त्यांना प्राधान्य देण्याची दक्षता घ्यावी.

३) ग्रंथालयातील पुस्तके घरी वाचण्यास देऊ नयेत.  संबधित ग्रा.पं. ने पुस्तकाची नोंदवही अद्यायावत ठेवावी.

४) ग्रथालयातील पुस्तके गहाळ, चोरी होणार नाहीत अथवा त्यांचा वाळवी लागणार नाही किंवा ते पावसाने भिजणार नाही याची सर्व जबाबदारी संबधित ग्रा.पं. वर राहिल तसा ग्रा.पं. वर राहिल तसा ग्रा. पं. चा ठराव आवश्यक आहे 

५) ग्रथालय सोईनुसार ठराविक वेळेत उघडे ठेवावे.  सदरची वेळ समाजमंदिर देखभाल समिती व ग्रा.पं. समन्वयाने ठरवेल 

६) सदरचे अनुदान ग्रा.पं. स वस्तूस्वरुपात देय राहिल त्यामध्ये रक्कम रु. १५,०००/- फर्निचरसाठी व  रु. १०,०००/- पुस्तकांसाठी राहिल.

७) प्रस्ताव ग्रामसभेकडून शिफारस होऊन संबधित गट विकास अधिकारी यांचे मार्फत समाज कल्याण विभागास विहित प्रपत्रात प्राप्त झालेनंतर समाज कल्याण समिती मध्ये मान्यता देण्यात येईल 

८) सदरची योजना दलित वस्ती मध्ये राबविण्यात यावी.  दलित वस्ती मध्ये समाज मंदीर नसेल अथवा पुरेशी

To provide library cupboards, tables etc. to the Dalit community

The provision of library cupboards, tables etc. to the Dalit community is a master plan of the government and the information about this is as follows.

Eligibility Criteria for Providing Library Cabinets, Tables etc. to Dalit Residents –

1) The scheme should be publicized by the Panchayat Samiti at the village level.

2) Care should be taken to give priority to backward classes who have never received the benefit of the scheme before.

3) Books in the library should not be allowed to be read at home. Related G.P. Should keep the book record up to date.

4) All the responsibility of the books in the library will not be lost, stolen or dried or they will not get wet by the rain. G.P. As left on the gra. Pt. Resolution is required

5) Library should be kept open at regular intervals. This time the Samajmandir Maintenance Committee and G.P. Will decide in coordination

6) This grant is from G.P. The amount payable in kind will be Rs. 15,000 / – for furniture and Rs. 10,000 / – for books.

7) After the proposal is recommended by the Gram Sabha and received in the prescribed form to the Social Welfare Department through the concerned Group Development Officer, it will be approved in the Social Welfare Committee.

8) This scheme should be implemented in Dalit settlements. There may not be enough community temples in Dalit settlements
