Every year under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. The process of preparing the labor budget for the next financial year begins at a special gram sabha on August 15. This includes proposing works to be undertaken in the village, setting their priorities and preparing a revised labor budget for the current financial year.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, 11 major works were proposed to be undertaken in 2016-17 and 2017-18. On From 9th August 2016, a campaign was launched to issue job cards to eligible beneficiaries if they do not have a job card and to renew the job card. In this connection, to provide family identity card (job card) to all the beneficiaries in the gram panchayat. He also appealed to the sarpanches of all the gram panchayats in the state to work on the proposed 11 work targets.

Workers / beneficiaries registered through NREGA are guaranteed work and a large amount of wealth has been generated in the state. There is an opportunity to create a sub-village and a prosperous village through the creation of many small and big properties in the village. We must seize this opportunity.

In the next two years, irrigation wells, farms, vermi composting, Nadep composting, orchard planting, toilets, drainage ditches, village ponds / conventional water supply and sludge removal, water conservation works, plant formation, tree planting, rearing and protection, village empowerment / Cemetery beautification / Gram Panchayat Bhavan / Village roads / Houses / Cattle sheds / Poultry rearing sheds / Goat rearing sheds / Fishing business)

According to NREGA rules, these works have to be done on muster. Family Identity Card (Job Card) is required to avail this scheme. Beneficiaries need to have family identity card to avail the benefits of these 11 works. Those who do not have this identity card should get it removed immediately. If a small farmer is getting a benefit scheme in the form of a well, farm or toilet, orchard, then a family registration card is required. Every eligible beneficiary in your village will participate in any of the NREGA schemes. Therefore, a large number of jobs, wealth can be created in your village.
