पंतप्राधन मोदी यांनी आज video conference द्वारे जमीन मालकांना या योजनेद्वारे संपत्ती कार्ड‍ वितरण करण्याविषयी घोषणा केली आहे. देशातील जवळपास एक लाख प्रॉपर्टी धारकांना मोबाईल फोनवर एसएमएस ज्या माध्यमातून लिंक पाठवण्यात येईल. लिंक वर क्लिक करून प्रापर्टी धारक आपले संपत्ती कार्ड डाउनलोड करून शकतील. या स्वामीत्व योजनेमूळे आता बँकेकडून जमीन मालकांना लोन मिळणार आहे. 11 ऑक्टोबर 2020 रोजी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी यांनी हरियाणा येथील 221, उत्तरप्रदेश येथील 346, महाराष्ट्र येथील 100, मध्य प्रदेश येथील 44, उत्तराखंड येथील 50 आणि कर्नाटक येथील दोन गावातील नागरीकांना आबादी जमीनीचा मालकी हक्काचे कागद वितरीत करण्यात येतील. स्वामित्व योजने अंतर्गत राजस्व विभागाद्वारे गावातील जमीनीचे रेकार्ड एकत्रीत करणे सुरू केले आहे. याबरोबरच वादाच्या जमिनीचा निपटारा करण्यासाठी राजस्व विभाग यांच्या द्वारे डिजीटल  अरेंजमेंट करण्यात येणार आहे.
