rte 25 admission ही महाराष्ट्र शासनाची सरकारी महा योजना असून या योजनेंतर्गत वंचित व दुर्बल गटातील विद्यार्थ्यांना शाळेमध्ये फी न भरता rte free admission दिले जाते.

rte 25 admission योजना ही देशातील सर्व राज्यांमध्ये सुरू असून RTE ACT 2009 ( Right to Education Act 2009) अंतर्गत rte online admission योजना राबवीली जाते.

RTE 25 ADMISSION योजनांतर्गत  RTE ONLINE APPLICATION DATE 2021 साठी फेब्रूवारी 2021 च्या दुसऱ्या आठवडयात चालु होईल.

RTE ONLINE APPLICATION DATE 2021 – 

 

RTE ADMISSION LAST DATE –

rte school admission ‍form भरण्यासाठी सुरू झाल्यानंतर 15 दिवसांचा कालावधी दिला जातो. RTE ADMISSION LAST DATE साठी शेवटचा दिनांक हा 28 Feb  चा असेल. देण्यात येणाऱ्या कालावधीतच पालकांनी आपले rte school admission ‍form भरून घ्यावेत.

  • rte 25 admission योजना अंतर्गत विद्यार्थ्यांना rte online application 2021 भरण्यासाठी शासनाच्या अधिकृत वेबसाईटवर भेट द्यावी लागेल.
  • rte online admission 2021 maharashtra शासनाची अधिकृत वेबसाईट https://rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in/ ही आहे.
  • त्यांनतर rte online application वर क्लिक करा.
  • New Registration for rte online application वर क्लिक करा. आपली माहिती भरा व rte online application number मोबाईल वर जतन करून ठेवा.
  • त्यांनतर वेळोवेळी rte online application form पाहण्यासाठी अथवा त्यामध्ये बदल करण्यासाठी RTE Existing User Login 2023-2024 वर क्लिक करा.
  • RTE Maharashtra Admission 2023-24 Online Registration ला क्लिक करून लॉगीन केल्यानंतर RTE 25 FREE ADMISSION FORM उघडेल त्यामध्ये असणारी सर्व माहिती अचूक भरवी. त्यानंतर can submit the completed application form to 25% reservation for admission in govt. / govt. aided schools of Maharashtra.

 

RTE APPLICATION FORM PRINT OUT –

RTE 25 FREE ADMISSION FORM मधील पूर्ण माहिती भरून झाल्यानंतर APPLICATION FORM SUBMIT केला की RTE FORM pdf तयार होतो. त्यानंतर rte application form print out काढून घेवू शकता किंवा rte application form pdf मोबाईल वर अथवा ई-मेल वर जतन करून ठेवावा.

RTE ADMISSION 2023-24 AGE LIMIT MAHARASHTRA

  • वंचीत व दुर्बल गटातील बालकांना दर्जेदार शाळांमध्ये RTE 25 FREE ADMISSION या योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी AGE LIMIT घालून दिलेली आहे. RTE ADMISSION 2023-24 AGE LIMIT MAHARASHTRA साठी शिक्षण संचालक महाराष्ट्र राज्य पूणे यांनी दि.25/11/2020 रोजी काढलेल्या परीपत्रकानुसार आर.टी.ई.मध्ये प्रवेश घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना शासन निर्णय क्रमांक आरटीई-2018/प्र.क्र.180/एसडी-1 दि.18/09/2020 नुसार RTE ADMISSION 2021-22 AGE LIMIT पुढील प्रमाणे आहे.
  • इयत्ता नर्सरी मध्ये बालकांचा प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी दि.31 डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी किमान 03 वर्षे पूर्ण झालेले असले पाहीजे.
  • इयत्ता 1 ली मध्ये बालकांचा प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी दि.31 डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी किमान 06 वर्षे पूर्ण झालेले असले पाहीजे.

 

AGE LIMIT FOR RTE ONLINE APPLICATION NURSERY

rte online application nursery साठी घेताना महाराष्ट्र शासनाने दि.31 डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी किमान 03 वर्षे पूर्ण झालेले असले पाहीजे असे जाहीर केले आहे.

nursery साठी RTE Online Application Form भरताना बालकांचा जन्म हा दि. 01 ऑक्टोबर 2017 ते 31 डिसेंबर 2018 या दरम्यान झालेला असावा अशी AGE LIMIT FOR RTE ONLINE APPLICATION NURSERY साठी घालुन दिलेली आहे.

 

AGE LIMIT FOR RTE ADMISSION LKG

 

rte online application lkg form भरताना महाराष्ट्र शासनाने दि.31 डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी किमान 04 वर्षे पूर्ण झालेले असले पाहीजे असे जाहीर केले आहे.

lkg RTE Online Application Form भरताना बालकांचा जन्म हा दि. 01 ऑक्टोबर 2016 ते 31 डिसेंबर 2017 या दरम्यान झालेला असावा अशी AGE LIMIT FOR RTE ONLINE APPLICATION LKG साठी घालुन दिलेली आहे.

 

RTE AGE LIMIT MAHARASHTRA FOR STD 1

rte online admission घेण्यासाठी rte online application form भरावा लागतो. यासाठी शासनाने वरील शासन निर्णयाद्वारे इयत्ता 1 ली मध्ये rte school admission घेण्यासाठी दि. 01 ऑक्टोबर 2014 ते 31 डिसेंबर 2015 या दरम्यान झालेला असावा अशी AGE LIMIT RTE ADMISSION साठी घालून दिली आहे.

 

RTE SCHOOL LIST IN MAHARASHTRA

 

  • rte free admission school मध्ये घेण्यासाठी RTE SCHOOL LIST IN MAHARASHTRA मध्ये असलेली RTE SCHOOL LIST पाहण्यासाठी शासनाच्या आर.टी.ई. 25% प्रवेश प्रक्रियेच्या अधिकृत वेबसाईट ला भेट द्यावी.
  • LIST OF SCHOOL (With Along Approved with Fee) वर क्लिक करावे.
  • RTE SCHOOL LIST शोधण्यासाठी State, District and Block निवडावा.
  • RTE Schools वर क्लिक करावे.
  • आरटीई प्रवेशासाठी पात्र शाळांची यादी दिसेल.
  • दिसणाऱ्या यादीतील RTE SCHOOL वर क्लिक करा.
  • RTE SCHOOL ची School Entry Level, Minimum Age, Maximum Age, Total Strength, RTE 25% Seats Vacancy School Address, Fee इत्यादी बद्दलची माहिती मिळेल. ती माहिती पाहून आपण rte online admission साठी rte online registration हे कोणत्या RTE SCHOOL मध्ये करायचे हे ठरवू शकतो.

 

Admission Process for RTE 25% reservation through online application.

 

Part – I : School

Eligible schools to fill the following details and get the approval of Cluster / URC head to make the school available for Selection

  1. a) School Contacts
  2. b) Valid age limit for admission
  3. c) Total strength,(30 Sept 2014) intake and vacancies for RTE 25% reservation
  4. d) Accurate school location on Google map

 

Part – II : Child

The steps involved are as follows.

1) Get your application number registered on the system. The application number and password will be communicated on your registered mobile.

2) Enter child details, parent details.

3) Locate the address accurately to list schools within 1 KM and within 1-3 KM range from your house.

4) Select the required standard.

5) Upload required documents.

6) Confirm the application.

7) After confirmation, take the printed application along with the required documents to help desk provided.

 

Part – III : Lottery

1) The schools having more vacancies and less number of applications will allot the seats to all applicants.

2) The schools having less vacancy will use a lottery system. The lottery will be drawn and generated by the district administration i.e. Education officer, Primary for the district.

3) The selection list will be published on the system.

4) The  list will be made available under application login for parents. The admit card can be printed.

5) Schools will admit the students as approached by parents after completing necessary requirements.

RTE 25% Reservation – Maharashtra Online Admissions 2023-24 Lottery Logic

RTE Maharashtra Online Admissions 2020-21

Lottery The logic for School allocation (Provisional) –

  1. Lottery should be executed only for the schools which have got more no. of applications than the School intake as per 25% reservation.
  2. All the eligible candidates should be considered for all their preferred school’s allotment.

No candidates will be dropped after the allotment for one school. For E.g. if the candidate applied for 5 schools, he/she may be allotted to all 5 schools or less than 5 schools.

  1. For the allotment, priority should be given to candidates residing within the range of 1 KM radius from the school and then to the candidates residing within the range of 2-3 KM radius from the schools applied.
  2. After the completion of School allotments to the candidates residing within the radius of

1 KM, candidates residing within a radius of 2-3 KM will be considered for the

remaining vacancies with the lottery logic as explained below.

 

Lottery Process (Physical) –

  1. The lottery will be carried out in the auditorium.
  2. There will be the number of bowls exactly equal to the digits of a maximum number of applications received for any of the schools applicable & is a part of this process.
  3. Max. No. of applications received for XYZ school is 599. Hence as the number of digits in 386 is = 3, bowls taken into consideration for the draw of the lottery will be = 3.
  4. First Bowl for Last Digit – 0 to 9 digits
  5. Second Bowl for Second last digit – 0-9 digits
  6. Third Bowl for Third last digit – 0-5 digits (Assuming that max no. of applications per school is not greater than 599)
  7. In the auditorium, one of the parents/candidates (Persons) will be called for collecting the digits from the bowls.
  8. The Person will pick the chits having digits 0 to 9 randomly from the first bowl, then from the second bowl, then 3rd Bowl one by one.
  9. Chits will be taken out from all the three bowls one by one for the last digit, second last digit & third last digit respectively.
  10. There is a situation where the chits will not be there (for 3rd Bowl/third last digit) In this Zero (0)/Null value will be considered as a third last digit for that bowl.
  11. All the rounds of collecting all the chits from bowls will be carried out one by one serially at the same time.

 

Lottery Process (System Logic) –

First Round of Allocation for Candidates residing within the range of 1KM radius from the schools applied –

  1. Generate a List of Schools with no. of applications within the range of a 1 KM radius.
  2. Arrange the schools in descending order on the basis of no of applications received for 1 km.
  3. Check the schools with their 25% reservation vacancies.
  4. Allocate all the candidates to the schools whose no of applications is equal to or less than the 25% reservation vacancies.
  5. Actual lottery logic will be implemented for the schools which are remaining i.e. whose vacancy is less than the no. of applications received.
  6. Arrange the remaining schools in descending order on the basis of no. of applications received.
  7. Generate the school-wise list of candidates for the remaining schools
  8. All the candidates who applied to the school will be considered
  9. The list will be generated in the order of the application form number.
  10. Serial No will be generated from 1 to max. no applications. (Sample Data attached in the sample datasheet)
  11. Order the data with respect to the Last digit, second last digit & Third Last Digit. (Sample Data attached in ordering sheet)
  12. Get the Vacancy of the school and allow the no of candidates as per the vacancy from top to bottom till the vacancy exists as per the Serial no order. (Marked in color in the ordering sheet.) e.g. If the school has 300 Capacity, as per 25% reservation, the vacancy will be 75. Please check the lottery table, as the third last digit will be maxed 2 in

299 candidates/applications, so in order as per the order of the lottery tables 2,0 & 1 will be considered.

  1. So all the vacancies will be filled.
  2. The same logic will be applicable to all the remaining schools for its 1 km area candidates.
  3. The same logic will be considered for 2-3 km candidates for the remaining vacancies from points no 1 to 10

 

 

RTE APPLICATION STATUS – ( आर.टी.ई. अर्जाची स्थिती)

 

  • rte25admission या वेबसाईटवर rte admission form भरल्यानंतर rte application status हे खालील प्रमाणे पाहता येईल.
  • rte 25 admission या शासनाच्या अधिकृत वेबसाईटवर क्लिक करा.
  • RTE APPLICATION WISE DETAILS वर क्लिक करा.
  • RTE APPLICATION NUMBER प्रविष्ट करा.
  • त्यांनंतर आपणासमोर प्रविष्ट केलेल्या RTE APPLICATION NUMBER ची माहिती दिसेल. जसे की, विद्यार्थ्याचे नाव, जन्म दिनांक, जात, पत्ता, मोबाईल व RTE LOTTERY 2024 लागल्यानंतर RTE APPLICATION कोणत्या शाळेमध्ये Select झाले आहे किंवा नाही.
  • जर RTE APPLICATION NUMBER हा RTE SCHOOL LIST IN MAHARASHTRA अंतर्गत Select झाला असेल तर RTE School Name and Admit Card दिसेल.
  • RTE ADMIT CARD वर क्लिक केल्यानंतर ADMIT CARD PRINT काढता येईल.

 

 

RTE Maharashtra Lottery Result 2022 निकाल येथे पहा –

RTE Maharashtra Lottery Result 2023चा निकाल हा www.rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in या वेबसाईटवर पाहता येईल. मार्च 2023च्या शेवटच्या  आठवडयात RTE Maharashtra Lottery Result लागेल या मध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांची निवड झाली अथवा नाही हे RTE APPLICATION STATUS मध्ये पाहता येईल. तसेच RTE SELECT LIST मध्ये पाहता येईल.

rte admission list ही दोन प्रकारची असेल ती म्हणजे selected rte admission list आणि waiting for rte admission list.

selected rte admission list मध्ये निवड झालेल्या APPLICATION NUMBER ला 1st Round मध्ये rte admission मिळेल तर waiting list मध्ये select झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना Round 2nd, 3ed मध्ये आरटीई प्रवेशाची संधी उपलब्ध होईल.

 

RTE ADMISSION SCHEDULE –

  • आर.टी.ई. 25 टक्के प्रवेश प्रक्रिया 2023-24 चे फॉर्म भरल्यानंतर आनलाईन लॉटरी निघेल आणि विद्यार्थ्यांना RTE ADMISSION SCHEDULE हा RTE 25% ADMISSION घेण्यासाठी दिला जाईल. तो पाहण्यासाठी www.rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in यावर क्लि करा.
  • RTE ADMISSION SCHEDULE वर क्लिक करा.
  • दिलेली माहिती भरा.
  • जिल्हानिहाय RTE ADMISSION SCHEDULE दिसेल.

RTE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED –

RTE LOTTERY मध्ये निवड झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना rte school admission घेण्यासाठी कागदपत्रांची आवश्यक्ता (RTE DOCUMENTS) आहे ती खालील प्रमाणे.

  1. रहिवाशी पुरावा
  2. ओळखीचा पुरावा
  3. जन्माचा दाखला
  4. जातीचा दाखला अथवा उत्पन्नाचे प्रमाणपत्र
